Francis Reilly is a planner with the City of Austin’s Planning and Zoning Department. He is an author of Austin’s Vision Zero policy and Action Plan and coordinated the efforts of the Vision Zero Task Force. His work has included research, mapping, visualization, and analysis of injury and fatal crashes as the city works to eliminate deaths and serious injuries on Austin’s streets.
